If a pool is losing more than 1 ½” per week, we recommend a leak detection (normal evaporation is slightly more than one inch per week).

Removal of existing skimmer by jackhammering thru deck, remove old skimmer, set new skimmer in concrete and plumb into skimmer line. Repour deck. Patch back deck.

Our process which takes several days is the safest method of pool cleanup. This method eliminates the risk of damage to the pool structure, plumbing and deck due to shifting or "pop up" caused by underground water pressure pushing up on empty pool structure during "drain and clean" method.
